At DURA, we take a first-principles approach to servicing clients and program design by looking at each client’s unique needs, environment, lifestyle, personal preferences, schedule, and budget. A la carte options below will give a sense of what’s on offer – though there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to health optimization, and a customized package often works best.


PERSONAL TRAINING

Results-oriented 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions designed as part of a larger customized training program, centered around your specific goals, favorite modalities of movement, and any current limitations. We will track results and continuously modify your program to keep you progressing, learning, and of course, having some fun.

A personal training package includes daily communication, nutrition and meal planning, recovery and regeneration techniques, solo workouts, and much more.


SINGLE CONSULTATION

•70 minute meeting with Andrew

•Discuss your goals, current fitness status, pathologies, major challenges, and general lifestyle

•Create an immediate plan of action covering movement, nutrition, and sleep hygiene

•Review recent bloodwork

•Get answers to your burning questions surrounding best practices for optimal health

•Learn which health diagnostics and labs are most relevant to your situation

We can discuss healthy lifestyle practices and address the major challenges you are currently experiencing. We can analyze bloodwork and determine the most useful diagnostics to obtain, create an immediate plan of action, and finish with goal setting for the future.


COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL BLUEPRINT

The Comprehensive Personal Blueprint is fully personalized for you and covers every health impacter as they relate to your goals and lifestyle. It will include your training program, diet and meal plan, sleep hygiene strategies, supplementation, quantum biology best practices, product recommendations, home and office wellness curation, educational resources, and more. The Comprehensive Personal Blueprint includes the Single Consultation described above, a 60 minute meeting to review the Blueprint, and a 60 minute follow up call 3 weeks later to check progress.

CONTINUOUS COACHING

Following the Single Consultation and equipped with your Comprehensive Personal Blueprint, stay on track via weekly calls on your progress and enjoyment levels as we execute protocols. Coaching will provide you with invaluable accountability and allow us to continuously modify and update the program.


TEAM WORKSHOPS

Nurture your corporate team or organization with DURA’s expert guidance. This half or full-day health and fitness workshop typically starts with a presentation on optimal health practices, continues with group movement sessions, and ends with individual consultations for interested team members, providing a tremendous value for the health and performance of your company or organization.
